- 1 c. cornmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 to 6 jalapenos to suit
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

2Mix milk, eggs, oil, salt, soda, corn, chopped onion and cornmeal.

3Grate cheese and chop peppers.

4Add to mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
