- 2 c. corn meal
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1In iron skillet, cook sausage, onions and green peppers until lightly browned.

2Stir together corn meal, baking powder, salt, Cheddar cheese, corn, egg, oil and milk.

3Stir in sausage, onion and peppers.

4Also add the oil from the sausage.

5Turn back into iron skillet.

6Bake in a 400° oven for 35 minutes or until done.
