  • 3 c. cornbread mix
  • 2 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 4 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and bake until brown at 400°. For quickie grating, chopping and mixing, put all ingredients (except cornbread mix) into blender; chop well.

    Add to dry mixture and stir well.

    Pour into well Pamed pan and bake.
