  • 3 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 lb. sausage
