- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies, crushed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix first 7 ingredients in frying pan.

2Mix cornbread mix, milk and eggs in a separate bowl.

3Pour Jiffy mixture into greased casserole dish. Top with meat sauce, then 1 cup grated cheese and bake in oven at 400° for 30 minutes.
