  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped hot pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
