- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. very lean ground beef
Directions

1Saute onions and peppers.

2Add curry powder and flour. Gradually stir in milk and tomato sauce.

3Heat until bubbly.

4Add meat and simmer 45 minutes.

5Spoon over noodles or rice.
