- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 3 cans water
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 pkg. regular Fritos
Directions

1Simmer all ingredients 1/2 hour; add rice.

2Continue to simmer until rice is covered.

3Arrange on tray or Lazy Susan:

4fresh chopped tomatoes, onions, avocado, lettuce and 2 cups grated Longhorn cheese.

5Slightly crumble Fritos on plate.

6Top with ground beef combo and favorite other toppings.

7Top with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
