- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can taco sauce
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 (No. 2) can chili
- 12 soft tortillas
- grated cheese
Directions

1Cook meat and onions separately; drain.

2Add other ingredients.

3Mix well and heat.

4Place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan layers of broken tortillas.

5Pour half of meat mixture on top and then place another layer of tortillas and then rest of meat; cover.

6Cook at 375° for 60 minutes.

7Top with grated cheese and chopped onions.

8Serve with Spanish rice and refried beans.
