Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 small onion, finely cut
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely cut
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Add taco mix, onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, dry mustard and beans.

    Put in baking dish.

    Combine sour cream and chili powder; spread on top of meat mixture.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese has thoroughly melted.
