  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • tomatoes
  • scallions
  • lots of grated cheese

    Set aside. Spread beans on flat surface.

    Spread sour cream mixture over bean layer.

    Cover with grated cheese, diced tomatoes, scallions and whatever else catches your fancy.
