  • 2 cans of black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 pkg of frozen white corn thawed
  • 1 pkg of cherry tomatoes quartered or halved
  • 1 bunch of cilantro leaves, cut up
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Dashes of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 or 2 avocados

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients together.

    Right before you serve, cut up the avocados and mix all ingredients together.

    Serve with chips.
