  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 can black eyed peas
  • 2 cans rotel
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes petite
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 bottle zesty Italian dressing

    Drain first 3 ingredients.

    Put all ingredients in a large bowl, and chill overnight in the fridge.

    In the morning, drain the extra liquid out for a chunkier salsa.
