  • 2 cans Ortega diced chilies
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • peanut or vegetable oil

Directions

    Fill the egg roll wrapper with hamburger, cheese and chilies. Roll and deep-fry until golden brown.
