- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mild green chiles, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Trim crusts from bread and spread one side of each with butter.

2In 8-inch square baking dish arrange bread, buttered side down, in one layer.
