- 1 lb. ground beef
- 12 flour tortillas (small size)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
- 1 c. nacho cheese soup
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
Directions

1Brown beef.

2Combine nacho cheese soup and cream of chicken soup in a saucepan.

3Heat.

4Heat a small amount of oil in a fry pan.

5Dip tortillas in oil to soften.

6Drain on paper towel. Spoon beef on each tortilla; add a teaspoon of onion and sprinkle with sharp cheese.

7Roll up and place in a casserole dish, seam side down.

8Repeat for each tortilla.

9Add green chilies to soups and pour over tortillas.

10Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
