Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green chilies (canned)
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 large can ripe or green olives
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the cheese and olives.

    Make one-inch balls.

    Stuff with olives.

    Roll in cheese.

    Bake 15 minutes at 425° on a shallow pan or cookie sheet.

    May freeze before baking.
