  • 1 Lb. fish fillets( white fish such as haddock, sole or tilapia
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Directions

    Place fillets in a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Top with sour cream then with salsa. Top with shredded cheese

    Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or 'til fish flakes easily
