- 5 Eggs
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 16 ounces Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees

2Place the sugar in a pan above medium heat. Mix continually so the sugar doesn't burn. Allow the sugar to turn into a dark-brown color. Then remove from heat.

3Pour the carmelized sugar into a oven safe pan. Make sure the sugar covers the bottom of the pan completely.

4Combine eggs, condensed, and evaporated milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and the rest of the sugar in a mixer or blender for a minute or until everuthing is mixed together.

5Place the loaf pan into a larger pan and fill the larger pan with boiling water. Bake for 50 minutes.

6Allow the flan to cool. Flip the loaf pan and enjoy.
