  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (14 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

    Blend sugar and eggs.

    Add flour and baking soda, alternating with pineapple.

    Add pecans last. Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 40 minutes.
