- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (14 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Blend sugar and eggs.

2Add flour and baking soda, alternating with pineapple.

3Add pecans last. Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 40 minutes.

4Cake will be very brown on top.
