  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain juice)
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Mix by hand and pour in lightly greased and floured sheet cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
