  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Directions

    Melt oleo; add sugar, pineapple, eggs, soda, flour and pecans. Bake at 350° until done.

    Mix together cream cheese, oleo and confectioners sugar.

    Ice cooled cake.
