  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 unbeaten eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Pour pineapple in large bowl.
