- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 stick softened margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, soda, eggs, pineapple and pecans in bowl.
