  • 1 small jar sliced jalapenos
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 7 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Liberally butter a 12 x 10-inch cake pan.

    Place sliced jalapenos on bottom.

    Mix cheeses together.

    Pour on top of peppers; add beaten egg.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until light brown.

    Cool in pan; cut in squares.

    Serve warm.
