- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. grated Monterey Jack
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. salsa
Directions

1Mix cheeses together.

2In separate bowl mix salsa and eggs.

3In pie plate, put 1/2 of cheese mixture.

4Then pour egg and salsa mix over layer.

5Then put rest of cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.

7Serve with chips.
