  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. grated Monterey Jack
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. salsa

Directions

    Mix cheeses together.

    In separate bowl mix salsa and eggs.

    In pie plate, put 1/2 of cheese mixture.

    Then pour egg and salsa mix over layer.

    Then put rest of cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.

    Serve with chips.
