  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 1 large bag Fritos
  • taco sauce to taste
  • 1 head shredded lettuce
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes

    Crush a handful of chips and place on a plate.

    Add a layer of chili, then rice.

    Stack layers of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and onion.
