- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 12 uncooked noodles or however many you need to fill pan
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. picante or salsa
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced black olives
Directions

1Combine beef, beans and spices.

2Place four noodles in bottom of pan (13 x 9-inches).

3Spread 1/2 mixture over noodles.

4Top 4 more noodles and rest of meat mixture.

5Top with rest of noodles. Combine water and salsa.

6Pour over all.

7Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

8Remove foil.
