Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked
- container sour cream
- bag shredded Cheddar cheese
- green onions
- 1/4 tsp. oregano (if desired)
- 16 oz. jar Chi Chi's salsa
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix ground beef (uncooked), taco seasoning and refried beans together.

2If adding oregano, add into this mixture.

3In a baking pan, put a layer of lasagna noodles on the bottom. Top with layer of meat. Make three layers, ending with meat.

4Mix salsa and water together and pour over top of last layer.

5Bake, covered, for 1 hour on 350°.

6Spread sour cream and Cheddar cheese over the top. Then put a few chopped green onions on top.

7Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted (uncovered).

8Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
