- 1 lb. ground meat (beef, pork or turkey)
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 1 c. salsa
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 (11 oz.) can whole corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- 2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Saute meat; add taco seasoning mix and 1 cup water.

2Cook until thickened.

3Combine salsa, corn, chilies, tomato sauce and olives.

4Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam; add layer of tortillas on bottom, layer of meat mixture, 1/2 of salsa, corn, chili, tomato sauce, olive mixture and 1/2 of cheese.

5Repeat.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
