- 16 oz. can refried beans
- 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 bags shredded cheese
- 15 oz. can chili (no beans)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Tex Joy seasoning to taste
- sour cream
Directions

1Brown, season, and drain ground meat;

2Add refried beans, mixing well.

3Remove from heat; add tomatoes.

4In a 9x13 inch pan layer ingredients beginning with 1/2 meat mixture, 1/3 cheese and 6 tortillas.

5Repeat ending with tortillas.

6Spread chili evenly over tortillas.

7Then sprinkle with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is browned.

9Serve with sour cream.
