Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. finely sliced green onion
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can salsa
Directions

1Cook ground beef; drain.

2Combine beef, beans, oregano, cumin and garlic powder.

3Place 4 uncooked noodles in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

4Spread half of beef mixture over noodles.

5Top with 4 more noodles, beef mixture and remaining noodles.

6Combine water and salsa.

7Pour over all.

8Cover tightly with foil.

9Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until noodles are tender.

10Combine sour cream, onion and olives.

11Spoon over casserole.

12Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
