- 1 chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. Ranch Style beans
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas, quartered
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. tomatoes and green chiles
Directions

1Spray large dish, line with tortillas.

2Brown meat, onion and seasonings, drain and add undrained beans, mix.

3Spoon on tortillas; cover with grated cheese.

4Place soup and tomatoes in blender, mix well.

5Pour soup over casserole.

6Top with more cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

8Make and refrigerate overnight before baking.
