  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 can sliced, pitted olives (ripe)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. tortillas (7 to 8-inches in diameter)

    Add all of the other ingredients.

    Layer, beginning with sauce mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Alternate with Mozzarella cheese.
