- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 can sliced, pitted olives (ripe)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. tortillas (7 to 8-inches in diameter)

3Layer, beginning with sauce mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
