- 1 can refried beans
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. salsa
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. sliced green onions
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Combine beef, refried beans and garlic powder.

2Place 4 uncooked noodles in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Spread half of beef mixture over the noodles.

4Top with 4 more noodles and remaining beef mixture.

5Cover with 4 more noodles.

6Combine water and salsa.

7Pour over all.

8Cover tightly with foil.

9Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
