- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 tortillas
Directions

1Brown and drain ground beef; add tomato sauce, salsa, corn and taco seasoning and simmer.

2Mix eggs, cottage cheese and oregano. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and line bottom with 6 tortillas.

3Spoon 1/2 meat mixture on tortillas.

4Put all of cottage cheese followed by a layer of 1/3 of shredded cheese.

5Layer 6 tortillas, rest of meat mixture and rest of cheese.

6Bake at 350° until bubbly.
