Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 12 to 15 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. salsa
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. green onion
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Place 4 or 5 noodles in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread 1/2 beef and bean mixture on top of noodles. Top with 4 or 5 noodles. Spread rest of beef and bean mixture on top.

3Top with rest of noodles. Combine water and salsa. Pour on top of everything.

4Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Combine sour cream, onion and olives. Spoon over casserole. Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered, or until cheese is melted.
