- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
- 16 oz. can Ranch Style beans
- 10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 12 corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown meat with onion and black pepper.

2Add tomatoes and salt to taste.

3In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half each of the tortillas, meat, beans and cheese.

4Repeat.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
