  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 4 tbsp Taco seasoning (1 pkg)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (drained)
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 Flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese mix
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream
  • 1/3 cup Chopped green onions (about 1 large)

Directions

    Brown meat in large non stick skillet on medium-high heat (drain the fat from meat)

    Add seasoning mix, beans, salsa, and water; stir.

    Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.

    Cut up tortillas into roughly 1x1inch squares

    Stir in tortillas and top with cheese.

    Cover and let sit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Top with sour cream and onions.
