  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
  • 1 jar Salsa, Medium Sized
  • 1 can Black Beans, Drained
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (can Be Fat Free)
  • 1 package Pasta (16 Oz. - I Like Penne Or Bow Tie)
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese (can Be Fat Free)

Directions

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

    Spray a skillet with Pam, and cook the chicken until well browned.

    Add the entire jar of salsa and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add the black beans.

    Just before serving, add and stir in the cream cheese.

    Keep stirring until melted and all lumps are gone.

    Pour chicken mixture over cooked pasta, stir until coated, and top with cheddar cheese.
