- 1 pound Chicken Breast
- 1 jar Salsa, Medium Sized
- 1 can Black Beans, Drained
- 1 package Cream Cheese (can Be Fat Free)
- 1 package Pasta (16 Oz. - I Like Penne Or Bow Tie)
- Grated Cheddar Cheese (can Be Fat Free)
Directions

1Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

2Spray a skillet with Pam, and cook the chicken until well browned.

3Add the entire jar of salsa and let simmer for 5 minutes.

4Add the black beans.

5Just before serving, add and stir in the cream cheese.

6Keep stirring until melted and all lumps are gone.

7Pour chicken mixture over cooked pasta, stir until coated, and top with cheddar cheese.
