  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 4 oz. green chillies (optional)
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce

Directions

    Cook beef and onion; drain.

    Stir in season mix.

    Spread beef into plate.

    Sprinkle with cheese and chillies.

    Beat rest of ingredients until smooth in blender or hand mixer.

    Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
