- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 jar jalapeno salsa (hot)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch spring green onions, chopped fine
Directions

1Warm beans; drain and mash.

2Layer bottom of 9 x 11-inch rectangular dish with beans.

3Put in refrigerator to cool.

4Mix cream cheese and sour cream, then pour over beans.

5Add layer of salsa, then layer mild Cheddar cheese.

6Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over entire dish.

7Sprinkle onions to garnish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
