- 1 can Mexican chili beans
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add peppers, beans, corn, chili powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

3Simmer until done.

4Spray bottom of casserole dish with Pam cooking spray. Crush chips along bottom of pan.

5Add filling.

6Spoon sour cream on top, then add cheese.

7Place in oven at 350° until cheese melts.

8Serve over lettuce.
