  • 1 3/8 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baker's yeast
  • 2 13/16 tablespoons water
  • 2 11/16 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup beans
  • 2/3 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 15/16 cup sweet corn
  • spice chili, to taste
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • cream 20 cl. 15% liquid
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 15/16 cup gruyere cheese

    The night before, soak the beans in a bowl of water.

    In the food processor, add the flour, yeast, water, milk, and salt.

    Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough no longer sticks to the sides of the processor bowl.

    Remove the dough ball from the food processor, place in bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let rest for 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    In a skillet, heat the olive oil, and saute the ground beef and chopped onion.

    Add corn and beans.

    Add the chili spice, salt, and pepper.

    Simmer on low heat.

    In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, and tomato paste.

    Roll out the dough and spread in a greased and floured pie pan.

    Add the ground beef mixture, then cover with the cream and egg mixture.
