- 1 celery root, finely chopped
- 14 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon dry oregano
- 5 12 ounces tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1 cup instant rice, uncooked
- 1 cup water
- 5 12 ounces tomato paste
- 1 cup cheese, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Bottom of pie: Mix all ingredients for the bottom all together and put in pie plate of 9 inches.

3Filling: Mix all ingredients of the filling, except the cheese and put on the mixture of veal.

4Bake 30 minutes.

5Add the cheese, and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.
