- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pt. tomato juice
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Brown pork chops and put into 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle rice around pork chops.

3Mix tomato juice, chili powder and garlic powder and pour over pork chops and rice, making sure rice is covered with juice.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
