  • Salsa
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

    Slice up the potatoes, about 1/2inch thick.

    Pan fry the potato cuts in the oil until nicely browned

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Mix in desired amount of salsa and mix with potatoes, get potatoes nicely coated.

    Plate and sprinkle the cheese on top, for it to melt on to the cuts.
