- 6 large potatoes, cut up like fries
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 large can chopped chillies
Directions

1Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Add milk, salt, Tabasco sauce together.

3Pour over potatoes.

4Dot with butter and cover tightly with foil.

5Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 400°.

6Remove foil. Add cheese and green chillies.

7Bake until cheese is melted, then serve.
