- 1 cup skim milk
- 12 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 16 ounces fat-free cottage cheese
- 8 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 12 cup salsa
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x11 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
