- 12 red peppers (sweet)
- 20 ripe tomatoes
- 30 onions
- 1/2 c. salt
- 5 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. mustard seed
- 6 c. vinegar
Directions

1Grind together and mix with salt.

2Let stand for 2 hours.

3Put in a bag and drain overnight.

4In a.m. mix sugar, mustard seed and vinegar to drained pepper mixture.

5Boil 10 minutes and can in hot jars.
